Originally

the early 1950's obtained American technical agreements to manufacture
translucent fibreglass roofing using a manual moulding process.

In
the late 1950's, Alsynite was the first company in the Southern
Hemisphere to commission a fully automated fibreglass roofing
line. |

In
the late 1980's, the company commissioned a state of the art,
double width fibreglass roofing line. |

In
the early 1990's Alsynite entered into a joint venture agreement
to manufacture and market a comprehensive range of industrial
and domestic roof ventilators. |

In
1994 Alsynite relocated to a purpose built, high tech production
facility, which coincided with a comprehensive technology upgrade
of all manufacturing equipment. |

Today
the company is focused on developing a global presence, with offshore
manufacturing, distribution and a continuing commitment to research
and development. |
